The Plant List

" A working list of all known plant species. Version 1 aims to be comprehensive for species of Vascular plant (flowering plants, conifers, ferns and their allies) and of Bryophytes (mosses and liverworts).

Collaboration between the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew and Missouri Botanical Garden enabled the creation of The Plant List by combining multiple checklist data sets held by these institutions and other collaborators.

The Plant List provides the Accepted Latin name for most species, with links to all Synonyms by which that species has been known. It also includes Unresolved names for which the contributing data sources did not contain sufficient evidence to decide whether they were Accepted or Synonyms."

Environmental Policy Collection

http://digital.library.unt.edu/explore/collections/esdc/

This collection primarily focuses on environmental policy resources with an emphasis on climate change. The growing database is now just over 500 resources strong, with much of the information coming from "texts" and books. The collection is mainly culled from freely accessible documents scattered around the Web, with value-added features such as detailed metadata, centralized access, and convenient search options. Most publications are from the US, but the database also contains numerous current and historical documents from countries worldwide.
