Based at the California Institute of Technology (Caltech), this particular course website offers a "detailed analysis of three of the four classes of biological molecules (proteins, nucleic acids, and lipids) and the forces that shape them." The materials here are set up a bit like the courses offered via the OpenCourseWare initiative.
